The reason we bring this up is because a select few customers seem to think that the best way to deal with order errors is to search out and contact the bands directly. How exactly this make sense is beyond us. If you order the new Nattefrost from Amazon, do you contact Nattefrost or Season of Mist directly if the CD doesn't show up? No, you don't, you contact Amazon. Seems simple, doesn't it? If you want to be friends with a band, we've not yet found that the way to their hearts is by annoying them with questions that they have nothing to do with.
